DESCRIPTION OF INCIDENT:

During the landing roll, the airplane started to turn to its left and was unresponsive to rudder and brake

applications. The aircraft continued off the left side of the runway, struck a ditch, nosed over, and came to rest

Nose Gear fork assembly does not come with the aircraft.   There were 6 pieces of the nose gear fork assembly

forwarded to NTSB for examination.  Parts will not be included in sale.
