DATE OF INCIDENT:  1/16/2024

DESCRIPTION OF INCIDENT:

Engine failure. Shortly after takeoff during the climb, the engine experienced a partial loss of power and began to

descend. Seconds later the engine regained power, enabling the airplane to climb. Approximately forty seconds

later, the airplane experienced a total loss of power.
