DESCRIPTION OF INCIDENT:

Issues starting the aircraft so it was hand propped with a higher RPM. After starting, the aircraft jumped chocks and hit the hangar doors.

No prop logbook - information taken from aircraft logbook

Engine logbook states Top OH at tach time 1,247.9 - page 12. Top OH at 1,368 - page 9. And third Top OH at 1,535.9 - page 4. Also noted is an engine OH at 1,330.7. Does not state "Major OH" but time is kept in logbook as TSMOH. Please review and make your own determination.

**Aircraft must be removed from hangar by 9/30/24. Possibility of a free tie down at the airport starting 10/1/24 at the buyers request and expense if any.  If the buyer does not utilize the tie down option, then the storage is $550.00 and must be removed from the hangar by 10/5/24.
