DATE OF INCIDENT:  7/26/2025

DESCRIPTION OF INCIDENT:

Weather/wind event - the aircraft was tied down on the ramp when a dust devil impacted it and broke the wing

 tie downs.  The right side of the aircraft was lifted into the air and the  spun almost 180 degrees.
