Date of Incident:  October 26, 2020

Date of Last Annual Inspection:  October 25, 2020 - ongoing inspections

DESCRIPTION OF ACCIDENT:  The incident occurred while the aircraft was being repositioned from the hospital to the Airport due to incoming inclement weather conditions. The aircraft impacted the side of a hill just short of the airport.
