Engine failure and aircraft made an emergency landing.  Wing hit a light pole.

Wings are attached

The engine was not disassembled. There was a portion of the LH wing skin that was cut to remove a portion of

the fuel vent.  Carburetor was also removed but is with the aircraft.  No destructive testing.

NTSB did started engine.
