DATE OF INCIDENT:  11/8/2025

DESCRIPTION OF INCIDENT:

The aircraft was taxiing and the engine stopped.  After being hand propped, it rolled forward into a fence.

Tach photo 3003.1 ACTT: tach was changed on page 54 at 3681.35 when tach was replaced it had 1284.84 hours I subtracted

that from the tach should be 1706.51 and TT 5763. Be sure to review logbooks and make your own determination of hours.
